Job Description

Overview

Manage financial operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, payroll, cash flow, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, reports, and forecasts. Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and tax/regulatory requirements. Develop, implement, and maintain strong internal financial controls. Coordinate and lead internal and external audits. Develop and monitor budgets and financial plans. Supervise, train, and mentor accounting team members. Provide financial guidance to management and collaborate with other departments to support business goals.
