Requirements
- Experience in both Accounting & HR (SME environment preferred)
- Able to work independently, responsibly and with high confidentiality
- Organised, detail-oriented and reliable
- Mature candidate with hands‑on experience preferred
- Familiarity with accounting / HR software is an advantage (training provided)
Working Conditions
Working Days: 5 days a week
Working Hours: 10:00am – 7:00pm
Accounting
- Handle full set of accounts / basic accounting functions
- Prepare invoices, payments, reconciliations and monthly reports
- Liaise with external accountant / auditor when required
- Maintain proper accounting records using company software
Human Resources
- Handle payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS submissions
- Manage staff attendance, leave records and basic HR documentation
