Job Description

PENNEP seeks an Accountant to manage the day-to-day financial transactions and banking activities. The ideal candidate will manage basic bookkeeping tasks and daily expenses, ensure accurate financial records, and coordinate with banks.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage general ledger accounts.
  • Perform bookkeeping duties, including recording daily financial transactions.
  • Prepare and post accurate journal entries.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial statements.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
  • Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable.
