Accounting Intern

**The Job**:
As an Accounting Intern you will be responsible for assisting the Accounting Team with travel expense audits in the Navan expense tool, booking transactions in our Kinetic System, booking expense reports in Contpaq, and customer service attending our travel mailbox.
**What you will be doing**:
- Conduct mock audits of travel expenses in the Navan tool to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance.
- Practice booking transactions in the Kinetic System using sample data and realistic scenarios.
- Process and categorize expense reports in Contpaq with a focus on accuracy and policy adherence.
- Role-play customer service interactions to address inquiries from the travel mailbox professionally.
- Participate in training sessions on travel and expense policies, including quizzes and real-world case analyses.

- Being enrolled and pursuing a BS in Finance, Accounting or Administration.
