Accounting & Invoicing Specialist (AR)

The NetSuite Accounting & Invoicing Specialist supports the Accounting team by managing accounts receivable invoicing, data entry, and billing operations within NetSuite. This role is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate invoice generation, proper transaction recording, and clean financial data to support reporting and collections. This position is ideal for an accounting professional with hands-on NetSuite experience who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable supporting US-based finance operations.
