Accounting Manager

The Opportunity

Due to an internal promotion we have an opportunity to join our FSS team as the Accounting Manager – Leases. You will play a pivotal role in Finance Shared Services by overseeing the financial integrity of a complex lease portfolio on a 12 month secondment. Reporting to the Accounting Controller, you will bridge the gap between technical accounting and business management to ensure compliance with IFRS 16 standards. You will lead a dedicated team, driving process improvements and providing high‑level conceptual reasoning to influence strategic change across the organization.

What you’ll do

Lead a team of four to five direct reports, manage, delegate and monitor performance effectively and support a high performing team culture.

Manage the end‑to‑end lease accounting process, ensuring strict adherence to IFRS 16 requirements and internal policies.
