Global software company headquartered in California, USA, with a finance team based in Massachusetts, USA, is seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to join our global accounting team. This role involves managing the USA general ledger close process, working on technical accounting, preparing consolidated financials in NetSuite, and managing transfer pricing with foreign subsidiaries. We are looking for a CPA with 10-15 years of experience, preferably in an international SaaS technology company with expertise in Revenue Recognition.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare reconciliations for monthly and yearly General Ledger close.
2. Prepare monthly global consolidated financials in collaboration with the Corporate Controller and foreign subsidiaries.
3. Assist in preparing financial reporting packages and corporate income tax returns.
4. Conduct technical accounting research and implement findings as needed.
5. Support software implementation (NetSuite or other software) and potential acquisition accounting as the company expands.
6. Perform other ad hoc projects as requested by the CFO and Corporate Controller.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
2. Public accounting experience required; CPA in the USA or Canada (active or inactive).
3. 10-15 years of accounting experience, preferably at a SaaS company.
4. Knowledge of US GAAP accounting and taxes (payroll, sales tax, and multi-state corporate income taxes).
5. Advanced Excel skills and experience closing month-end periods in accounting software systems.
6. Hands-on experience with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
