Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring accurate day-to-day execution of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll calculation, and reconciliations.
Lead and manage the monthly and annual close processes, ensuring timely preparation of accurate financial statements.
Lead the organization's annual budget development process in collaboration with the Controller and department leaders.
Monitor budget performance and support ongoing forecasting and financial planning.
Process accounting paperwork, including bank statements and client documentation, and file the monthly & yearly tax return on time.
Directly manage accounting staff: set goals, provide coaching and feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
Ensure timely submission of all regulatory filings and compliance requirements.
