Accounting Manager (Controller)

Overview

The Corporate Controller role is a critical position that will encompass comprehensive financial oversight and accounting management to ensure the company's financial health. This role is responsible for the core operational aspects of accounting, financial reporting, internal control, and regulatory compliance. This role requires a hands-on and highly engaged leader who takes an active role in the design, implementation, and continuous enhancements of accounting policies, procedures, and systems. This individual must be able to lead by example while at the same time delegating effectively, motivating, and bringing the best out of their team.
