Accounting Manager responsible to ensure accurate, timely and consistent accounting and reporting including payroll, cash management, PO accruals, engineering cost allocation, NCS workforce planning and completion of additional, non-recurring special projects. Provides training and direction to team members, reviews performance and ensures proper procedures and internal controls are followed.
Responsibilities
Manage team members responsible for the following Process the accounting aspect of all Nabors� monthly payrolls including accruals, accrual reversals, adjustments, treasury fundings and distribution of labor reports Reconcile all payrolls to HCM labor distribution reports and GTN reports Payroll error correction and elimination for all BUs Salary and benefit account reconciliations and issue resolution for all BUs Preparation and submission of monthly cash packages Cash reconciliations in Hyperion ARM Reconciliation of NCS bank activity to the GL prior to end...
