Job Description

The Accounting Manager (RTR) is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of accounting and will assist in developing controls, SLAs, and KPIs.

Responsibilities:

  • Stabilization of newly transitioned processes
  • Oversee day-to-day operations
  • Implementation of established controls and KPIs. Will assist in enhancing as required.
  • Second level of escalation
  • Line manager of team leaders
  • Pre-process training
  • FTE Calculation Review
  • Activities that will be assigned by his immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Accounting graduate
  • Preferably Certified Public Accountant / MBA
  • Prior experience as an Accounting Manager
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in Record to Report (RTR), General Ledger Accounting, or Financial Reporting/Analysis in a Leadership/Managerial capacity and Outsourcing/Offshoring/Shared...
