Job Description
The Accounting Manager (RTR) is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of accounting and will assist in developing controls, SLAs, and KPIs.
Responsibilities:
- Stabilization of newly transitioned processes
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Implementation of established controls and KPIs. Will assist in enhancing as required.
- Second level of escalation
- Line manager of team leaders
- Pre-process training
- FTE Calculation Review
- Activities that will be assigned by his immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Accounting graduate
- Preferably Certified Public Accountant / MBA
- Prior experience as an Accounting Manager
- At least 3-5 years' experience in Record to Report (RTR), General Ledger Accounting, or Financial Reporting/Analysis in a Leadership/Managerial capacity and Outsourcing/Offshoring/Shared...
