Head of Accounting & HR – Full-Time Position

Skårungen is a year-round hospitality and tourism destination experiencing strong growth, offering a hotel, cabins, restaurant, spa, and curated experiences in the heart of the Lofoten Islands. We are currently entering an exciting new phase of expansion, including new entities and partnerships, and are therefore bringing our accounting function in-house.

To support this next stage of development, we are looking for a
hands-on, experienced, and solution-oriented Head of Accounting
, who is also eager to take responsibility for
HR and personnel administration
.

This is a
permanent full-time position
, with responsibilities divided approximately as follows:

• Accounting & Finance:
  70%
• HR & Personnel Administration:
  30%
