RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and supervise the accounting team, including staff supporting manufacturing operations.
- Oversee general accounting functions (GL, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations).
- Review and finalize monthly financial statements.
- Ensure accurate accounting of inventory, COGS, and production-related transactions.
- Manage fixed asset accounting and depreciation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams on accounting matters.
- Identify and implement process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA license is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of accounting experience.
- Required experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
