Responsibilities

The Accounting Manager will:
Support accounts payable activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice entry and payment Support accounts receivable activities to ensure accuracy and timely processing of check, ACH and wire receipts Prepare and record entries to the general ledger Perform monthly bank reconciliations Regularly maintain detailed reconciliations and schedules of all balance sheet accounts Provide detailed analyses and explanations of all transactions Prepare documentation for external auditors Act as a liaison with other support departments to provide monthly budget reports and analysis of transactions impacting budgets Respond to inquiries and ad-hoc analysis Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Microsoft Excel proficient S...
