Responsibilities

:

The Accounting Manager will:
  • Support accounts payable activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice entry and payment
  • Support accounts receivable activities to ensure accuracy and timely processing of check, ACH and wire receipts
  • Prepare and record entries to the general ledger
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations
  • Regularly maintain detailed reconciliations and schedules of all balance sheet accounts
  • Provide detailed analyses and explanations of all transactions
  • Prepare documentation for external auditors
  • Act as a liaison with other support departments to provide monthly budget reports and analysis of transactions impacting budgets
  • Respond to inquiries and ad-hoc analysis
  • Perform other duties, as needed
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
