Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Financial Management & Reporting

  • Supervise the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data, providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.

Accounting Operations

  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
  • Ensure proper documentation and controls over sales, inventory, and cost of goods sold (COGS) transactions.
