Accounting Manager

Overview

The Accounting Managing Lead will oversee all aspects of accounting operations for a fast-paced import and distribution company. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, full tax compliance, and efficient team management. The ideal candidate is a CPA with strong experience in SAP, Philippine tax regulations, and economic process optimization.

Team Leadership & Oversight

• Lead and supervise a team of 10 accounting staff & 1 Supervisor (AP, AR, GL, compliance).
• Mentor junior accountants and conduct performance evaluations.
• Promote collaboration across departments (sales, logistics, procurement).

Financial Reporting & Closing of books

• Oversee monthly/quarterly/year-end closing of books.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
