Accounting Manager

Overview

Cyclic Materials is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager with 5–6 years of progressively responsible accounting experience to lead core accounting operations in a fast-growing, capital-intensive environment. This role will manage a team of three direct reports and will be hands-on across full-cycle accounting, financial close, and internal controls. The Accounting Manager will play a key role in strengthening accounting processes, establishing and maintaining manufacturing cost accounting frameworks, and strengthening inventory controls. This position is well suited for a technically strong accounting professional who thrives in a scaling late-stage private or public company and is comfortable operating across both strategic and operational levels while the finance organization evolves.
