We’re partnering with a growing organization to hire an Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations and support accurate, timely financial reporting across a complex, multi-entity environment.

This role is ideal for a hands on accounting leader who has experience with consolidations, multi-currency accounting, and team leadership, and who enjoys building scalable processes as the business grows.

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes

  • Oversee general ledger accuracy, reconciliations, and journal entries

  • Manage and develop the accounting team, including AP and AR functions

  • Prepare consolidated financial statements across multiple entities

  • Handle intercompany activity, eliminations, and foreign currency translation

  • Partner with finance leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

  • Maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls

  • Support audits and ensure compliance with GAAP

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system enhancements

    • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including people leadership

  • Hands-on experience with multi-entity consolidations and complex entity structures

  • Working knowledge of foreign currency accounting / multi-currency environments

  • Experience contributing to or owning budget development and forecasting

  • Strong understanding of GAAP; CPA a plus

  • Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite, Intacct, Oracle, SAP, or similar)

  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
