Job Summary:

The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP system accuracy in a fully remote setup. The role manages daily accounting activities, supports process improvements, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversees end-to-end daily accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, A/P reviews, and accurate monthly and annual financial reporting.
• Leads month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring strong internal controls, balance sheet accuracy, and compliance with accounting standards.
• Manages fixed assets, capital leases, inventory, prepaid accounts, and specialized reconciliations through structured remote coordination and digital reporting.
• Acts as ERP System Champion, maintaining system integrity, configurations, reporting tools, and driving automation and workflow improvements.
• Partners with accounting, operations, IT, and leadership to deliver reliable financial insights, improve processes, and support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive accounting experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or leadership experience.
