The Opportunity

The Accounting Officer provides high-quality, operational research finance business partnering services to Monash University clients. The role delivers accurate financial transactions, expert advice, data maintenance and analysis, while building strong relationships with stakeholders. By doing so, the Accounting Officer plays a critical role in enabling the team to deliver specialist research and revenue accounting services that support informed decision-making and compliant research outcomes.

This position will be responsible for preparing and analysing complex financial reports and proactively engaging with internal clients and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure clear understanding of financial positions and grant conditions.
