Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily accounting activities, including data entry, recording transactions, and maintaining financial records.
  • Prepare and process invoices, bills, and receipts, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses.
  • Maintain and update accounting databases and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Respond to inquiries from vendors, clients, and internal staff regarding accounting issues or discrepancies.
  • Support the accounting team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
