Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post monthly journal entries
• Ensure all Accounts Payable and general ledger entries are recorded accurately, adjusting as needed
• Prepare balance sheets, income statements, bank mapping and account reconciliations along with variance analysis
• Reconciliations between multiple systems
• Assist with month-end and year-end close process
• Assist with financial and tax audits
• Prepare monthly bank account reconciliation
• Prepare payroll computations and reports
