What You’ll Do Here

• Manage payment inquiries and investigate to resolve problematic situations.
• Coordinate and request intercompany fund transfers to support bank account reconciliations.
• Prepare and distribute the necessary weekly financial reports to update claims records.
• Coordinate the national structured settlement process with the relevant departments.
• Support the review of reference materials related to financial operations to improve departmental knowledge and practices.
• Respond to requests for bank details confirmation.
• Provide various administrative support such as scanning, printing, organizing documents, and reviewing and following up on returned cheques.
