Accounting Software Implementation Engineer

* Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field. * Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or ERP-related) is a plus. * Experience in implementing accounting/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally, QuickBooks, Odoo, etc.). * Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and business processes. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. * Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. * Ability to train end-users and provide ongoing support.

1. Manage end-to-end implementation of accounting software, including requirement gathering, system setup, configuration, and testing.

2. Analyse current accounting processes and map them to software functionality.

3. Collaborate with stakeholders (finance, operations, IT) to identify gaps and propose solutions.

4. Customize system features, workflows, and reporting to align with business requirements.

5. Migrate financial data from legacy systems to the new platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

6. Conduct system testing (UAT) and resolve technical or functional issues.

7. Deliver user training and create user guides/documentation.

8. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
