We’ve teamed up once again with our long-time friends at Business Fitness, looking for another Support Engineer. We’re looking to find them a specific accounting and tax software specialist. This role forms part of their remote-first team keeping thousands of accountants (and their clients) running smoothly.

This isn’t your average “turn it off and on again” support role.

It’s about solving real problems for real users, thinking critically, and owning outcomes from start to finish.

You’ll be working across their modern SaaS platform, Active, supporting accountants who rely on it every day. That’s why we’re looking for someone with a accounting background or deep experience in accounting tech – someone who understands how firms work.
