DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Record and classify accounting transactions in the general ledger including income, expenses, assets and liabilities.
• Prepare and review balance sheets, financial statements and monthly, quarterly and annual closing reports.
• Reconcile bank accounts and customer and supplier accounts to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Manage invoicing, collections and payments ensuring correct VAT application and compliance with tax regulations.
• Support the preparation of tax declarations including VAT, income tax and corporate tax.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting and financial documentation in both physical and digital formats.
