Overview
24 Hours Group is a towing and roadside assistance provider serving the United States and parts of Canada. We manage high-volume daily operations and rely on accurate financial processes to keep our services running smoothly. This is a full-time remote position, requiring a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable: vendor invoices, payments, receipts
- Handle accounts receivable: invoicing, payment monitoring, collections follow-up
- Assist with payroll processing when required
- Perform bank and account reconciliations regularly
- Maintain accurate and organized digital financial documentation
- Prepare financial summaries and weekly/monthly reports
- Monitor and manage cash flow (track inflows/outflows to ensure operational funds)
