Overview

24 Hours Group is a towing and roadside assistance provider serving the United States and parts of Canada. We manage high-volume daily operations and rely on accurate financial processes to keep our services running smoothly. This is a full-time remote position, requiring a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable: vendor invoices, payments, receipts
  • Handle accounts receivable: invoicing, payment monitoring, collections follow-up
  • Assist with payroll processing when required
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations regularly
  • Maintain accurate and organized digital financial documentation
  • Prepare financial summaries and weekly/monthly reports
  • Monitor and manage cash flow (track inflows/outflows to ensure operational funds)
  • Support month-end and year-end closing
