General Accountants are responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. They handle tasks such as bookkeeping, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements and tax filing and monitoring BIR permit renewals and PCAP and worker payable sheet.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintaining and updating financial records, including general ledgers and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Transaction Processing: Recording and posting financial transactions, such as sales, expenses, and payroll.
  • Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy.
