Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Specialist to support our financial team. The ideal candidate will assist with bookkeeping, financial reporting, and ensuring the accuracy of all financial transactions. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and a proactive approach to managing financial records.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Invoice Management: Process invoices, verify payments, and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
  • Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts regularly.
