A well-established manufacturing organization is looking for an Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist to join their finance team. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Oakville, offering a collaborative and process-driven environment.
Your new roleIn this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. Your day-to-day will include processing invoices, performing reconciliations, managing vendor and customer setups, and ensuring timely payments and collections. You’ll also handle 3-way matching for inventory, monitor purchase orderpliance, and support month-end close activities. The role requires regular interaction with internal teams and external vendors/customers to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records using an ERP system.
