Job Description

Accounting & Financial Reporting

  • Record, classify, and summarize daily financial transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure timely submission of financial reports in accordance with accounting standards.

Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable

  • Monitor customer billings, collections, and aging reports.
  • Process supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliation of statement of accounts.
  • Address AR/AP concerns and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

Tax & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with BIR regulations and other statutory requirements.
  • Prepare and validate tax computations and supporting schedules.
  • Assist in the filing of tax returns and in responding to tax-related queries.
