Job Description
Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Record, classify, and summarize daily financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure timely submission of financial reports in accordance with accounting standards.
Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- Monitor customer billings, collections, and aging reports.
- Process supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliation of statement of accounts.
- Address AR/AP concerns and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Tax & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with BIR regulations and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare and validate tax computations and supporting schedules.
- Assist in the filing of tax returns and in responding to tax-related queries.
