Job Description
Acara Solutions is looking for an Accounting Specialist for one of our clients in Phoenix, AZ.
Pay rate: $23-$26.00 per hour
Role will be hybrid - Onsite one day per week (usually Wednesdays), remote four days per week
Contractor will be working Monday through Friday, 8 hours a day, overtime potential - up to 10 hours per week
Can work between 7 am - 3:30 pm (flexible on start times, withing business hours)
Specialist:
Processing a high volume of Purchase Order-related invoices and managing the process from beginning to end - reviewing invoices for completeness and accuracy, preparing the documents for import/scanning and validating/keying the invoices into the payables system.
Requires prior Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
Experience doing analysis of accounts, in addition to the data entry, owning vendors through the procure to pay process.
Self-starter, detail, and deadline driven.
