Accounting Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist with 3–5 years of hands‑on accounting experience to support day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate is proficient in QuickBooks Online , capable of managing bookkeeping and accounts payable , and comfortable working mid‑shift or full night shift schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
• Manage Accounts Payable , including vendor setup, bill processing, and payment scheduling
• Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
