The Accounting Manager within the Shared Service Center is responsible for driving operational excellence and financial integrity across regional entities. The Accounting Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence and financial integrity across regional entities. This role leads the development and implementation of standardized accounting procedures, oversees the month-end close and audit processes, and ensures compliance with internal controls. The manager fosters collaboration between Danone Noram, Danone Mexico, and the Consolidation team, while continuously improving systems and processes.
About you
- **Bachelors/Masters in Accounting,** Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- **Fluent in English**:
- Experience in shared service center (preferred)
- **Minimum 10 years of general and/or public accounting experience.**:
- Minimum 4 plus years of supervisory experience.
- CPG/manufacturing experience preferred.
