Haskoning is looking for an Accounting Staff to join our team in Makati (Philippines) to support our growing business in the fields of Water/Climate Resilience and Maritime. Are you ready to be hired by one of the top engineering consultancy firms in the world?

What you do as an Accounting Staff

As an Accounting staff, you will report to your manager who is based in Jakarta (Indonesia). Your team comprises of around 13 staff and will be doing Finance accounting tasks for Australia, Indonesia, Philippines and Singapore. For your role, you will be working only under the Philippines so your working base is our Makati office. Among others, your responsibilities include the following:

  • Booking transactions to the ERP System (ABW)
  • Responsible for petty cash and doing monthly replenishments as needed
  • Create 2307 certificate for suppliers
  • Preparing and transmitting services invoices to clients
