Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions and update ledgers.
- Process and monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, receipts, and related documents.
- Assist in payroll preparation and government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
- Reconcile bank statements and intercompany accounts.
- Organize and maintain accounting files and records.
- Support in audits, reporting, and financial analysis.
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or Finance-related course.
- With 6 months to 1 year experience preferred (fresh graduates may also apply).
- Knowledgeable in MS Excel; experience in accounting software is an advantage.
