Key Responsibilities

  • Record daily financial transactions and update ledgers.
  • Process and monitor accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare vouchers, invoices, receipts, and related documents.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Reconcile bank statements and intercompany accounts.
  • Organize and maintain accounting files and records.
  • Support in audits, reporting, and financial analysis.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or Finance-related course.
  • With 6 months to 1 year experience preferred (fresh graduates may also apply).
  • Knowledgeable in MS Excel; experience in accounting software is an advantage.
