Job Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accountancy
- At least 1 year relevant experience in bookkeeping, filing of BIR returns, financial reports preparation
- Knowledgeable in computerized accounting systems like QuickBooks
- Willing to work on Saturdays
- Can start ASAP
Job Responsibilities
- Records daily financial transactions accurately
- Maintains and updates accounting books and records
- Handles accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Prepares invoices, vouchers, and payment documents
- Assists in the preparation and filing of BIR tax returns
- Performs bank and cash reconciliations
- Prepares basic financial reports and schedules
- Organizes and maintains accounting files and documents
- Assists during audits and compliance reviews
- Provides support to the Accounting Supervisor or Accountant
