Job Description
Overview
- Oversee day-to-day General Accounting operations at MPPC including checking of invoices prepared, reconciliation of accounts receivables, preparation of projected collection and approval of petty cash reimbursements.
- Oversee monthly Inventory Audit activities and present recommendations for process improvement and cost savings.
- Support in ensuring compliance with PEZA, BOC, BIR, LGU, BFP and other external parties through proper documentation, processing activities, reports submissions and liaising with internal and external stakeholders for the completion of requirements.
- Represent the company in discussions with PEZA, BOC, BIR, LGU and other external parties in connection with compliance and stakeholder engagements.
- Monitor Finance and Accounting staff’s performance on a daily basis.
- Develop policies and procedures to meet business targets.
