Accounting Supervisor

Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or related field.
- Experience in General Accounting
- Knowledge of taxes, federal and state.
- Financial information management.
**Principal functions**
- Follow and enforce internal processes, policies and controls.
- Maintain accounting information in a timely manner.
- Keep in time and form the Financial Information of the Company for EP Logistica and EP Cargo
- Analysis and reconciliation of intercompany accounts
- Support to parent company for accounting information
- Reconciliation of accounting accounts derived from the different departments (Billing, Purchasing, Traffic and Customs)
- Knowledge in payroll preparation
- Devolution IVA
**Functions**
- Supervision of work team activities
- Payroll review using global tests.
- Tax calculation review using global tests.
- Globally review the payroll tax calculation and ensure its presentation.
- Prepare bank reconciliations.
- Audit attention
- Assist in the preparation of Financial Statements for Mexico
- Customer requirements attention
- Other assignments
