Accounting Supervisor

Purpose

Leads and oversees Subsidiary Accounting in Canada from Finance Services Unit ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed/delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. As part of the management team, the Accounting Supervisor handles his/her team in resolving conflicts, delegating and organizing tasks, as well as motivating and leading teams during project developments. Also participates in special projects. Other tasks of supervisor include monitoring financial position, taxation, financial performance and cash flows of the subsidiaries; reviewing any discrepancies of reports and guaranteeing the reasonableness of accounting information under the scope of the Accounting Team in Bogotá.
