Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (FS), revenue, and expense reports.
- Generate ad hoc financial reports as requested by management.
- Assist Finance/Accounting Manager/s in preparing and analyzing financial report.
- Review reports prepared by staff to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure all accounting records are updated and accurate.
- Review and assist in account reconciliations, resolving discrepancies.
- Monitor daily accounting activities to maintain proper workflow.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with accounting and operations teams to resolve any discrepancies in billing or inventory.
