Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Review, Analyze and Verify all project cost reports to ensure accurate cost allocation and budget adherence.
  • Monitor project budgets, Actual costs and Variances; prepare monthly cost analysis and management reports.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Procurement, and Operations to ensure proper cost tracking of materials, labor and overhead.
  • Evaluate project profitability.
  • Supervise billing and Invoicing processes to ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review AR aging reports, monitor outstanding balances, and coordinate collection efforts with the sales and operations teams.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare monthly AR performance reports and cash collection forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with credit policies and customer contract terms
