Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting.
  • Supervise the accounting team and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Collaborate with auditors and ensure timely audits.
  • Implement improvements in accounting processes and systems.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Accounting.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years in a relevant accounting role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in General Ledger Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Accounting Software; CPA.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with regular hours; may require overtime during peak periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, integrity, and excellent communication abilities.
