Liberty Personnel is seeking an Accounting Manager for a growing company located in Rochester. This role will oversee accounting, payroll, and financial operations and combines hands-on accounting with leadership responsibilities and requires strong organizational, analytical, and supervisory skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cost analyses.
Maintain general ledger, reconciliations, and accurate accounting records.
Manage payroll, HR reporting, and compliance with state/federal regulations.
Oversee cash flow, event settlements, and bank reconciliations.
Support audits and implement recommended improvements.
