Accounting Supervisor

The Accounting Supervisor will oversee the full financial function of the company, ensuring that the company maintains healthy financial operations, controls, and scalability. The role is both operational and strategic — from building monthly P&L and cash flow models, to supporting fundraising and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prepare the Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement on a monthly basis.
• Oversee bank reconciliations, AR/AP, inventory costing, and monthly closings.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting to management and investors.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

• Monitor daily cash inflows/outflows, optimize working capital, and manage credit lines/loans.
• Forecast liquidity needs and prepare cash flow projections.
• Ensure proper claims collection from platforms (e.g., TikTok, Shopee).
