Responsibilities

:
  • Assign user access in accounting systems based on roles, regularly reviewing and updating permissions as needed.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of account code mappings within the systems.
  • Work with system users across different departments to address any issues and ensure the tools are functioning properly.
  • Help develop and deliver training materials for end users, providing support to enhance their understanding of the systems.
  • Identify opportunities for system improvements, test enhancements, and implement changes.
  • Communicate updates about the systems and share best practices through workshops and training sessions.

    • Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of relevant experience preferred.
