Overview: Our team is seeking an experienced Finance Process profile to support a major ERP integration in Geneva. This contract role will focus on optimizing finance processes—including accounts payable, business expense reporting, and chart of accounts rationalization—to support a seamless transition to new ERP/EPM systems.
Key Responsibilities: -
Accounts payable processes, including vendors' e-invoices, to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements prior to ERP integration.
- Drive end-to-end business expense reporting process reviews to pinpoint inefficiencies and execute improvements before ERP integration.
- Oversee clean-up and rationalization of the chart of accounts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with EPM and ERP best practices.
- Manage and support corporate finance clean-up projects, including data integrity checks, account reconciliations, and closure of legacy transactions.
