Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare P&L reports for all branches on a monthly basis.
- Maintain branch databases for Power BI reporting.
- Generate monthly OPEX reports for branch operations review.
- Prepare monthly occupancy cost reports.
- Conduct initial financial analyses for new store openings and rightsizing initiatives using templated formats.
- Support the Controller with financial modeling, simulations, and analyses for business development and logistics.
- Prepare other ad hoc financial and operational reports as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accountancy or a business-related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting or financial management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
