Account/Project Manager

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of eCommerce projects (new builds, enhancements, integrations, BAU support).
  • Successfully manage multiple concurrent projects & deliverables, including planning schedules, budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Responsible for scope requirements; working with the design & technical leads to keep delivery within scope and budget.
  • Ensure seamless integration of third-party applications, APIs, and eCommerce tools.
  • Own delivery outcomes: scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
  • Conduct regular project reporting, status updates, and post-launch performance reviews.
  • Effectively identify and mitigate risks and resolve challenges. Continuously improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
