Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account & Admin Assistant to support our finance and administrative operations in Penang. The successful candidate will assist in bookkeeping, office administration, and general support to ensure the smooth running of daily business activities.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Support

  • Assist in daily bookkeeping and accounting data entry (AP, expense claims, petty cash, etc.)
  • Prepare and verify e-invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
  • Support monthly bank reconciliations and accounting reports
  • Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and tax authorities when required
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records

Administrative Support

  • Handle office administration tasks such as procurement, office supply management, and maintenance coordination
